Agreement Binding; Successors and Assigns. This Agreement has been duly authorized on behalf of Employer by the Board. This Agreement is personal in nature, and no party hereto shall assign or transfer this Agreement or any of its or his respective rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the other party hereto. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon Employer and Employee and their respective heirs, successors, and permitted assigns.
