Agreement Binds Successors. This Agreement and each of the parties' respective rights and obligations under this Agreement, shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and each of their respective successors and permitted assigns. Any assignment or transfer shall be subject to the other party's rights under this Agreement and any assignee or transferee shall continue to perform the assigning party's obligations under this Agreement.
