Agreement by Companies. The Companies shall agree in writing with the Trustee to contribute to the Fund amounts sufficient to enable the Trustee to pay each installment of principal and interest on each Exempt Loan on or before the date such installment is due, even if no tax benefit to the Companies results from such contribution.
