Common use of Agreement Completion Date Clause in Contracts

Agreement Completion Date. Unless an extension has been approved by the City in advance, OR unless this Agreement is terminated earlier in accordance with other provisions herein, this agreement will end on January 31, 2027, except that Subrecipient shall complete such close-out requirements no later than the date dictated by Section 3.8 below.
