Agreement Confidential. Neither Party shall disclose, advertise or publish the terms or conditions of this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other Party, except (i) as may be required by law (including for disclosure purposes under applicable securities laws and regulations) and (ii) to its professional advisors and to investors or potential investors who are under an obligation of confidentiality at least as restrictive as that contained in this Section 10.
