Agreement Construction and Jurisdiction. 15.3.1 The construction, validity and performance of this Agreement, and all non- contractual obligations arising from or connected with it, shall be governed by the laws of England. 15.3.2 The parties irrevocably agree that the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
