In order to do this, both Parties are committed to providing a series of public benefits with the goal of maintaining and encouraging public access to the Premises while also engaging different communities, especially underserved ones, in the daily and seasonal programming of the Premises.

(2) Procedures for the mentor firm to notify the prote´ge´ firm, OSDBU and the Contracting Officer, in writing, at least 30 days in advance of the mentor firm’s intent to voluntarily withdraw from the Mentor-Prote´ge´ Program;
(3) Procedures for a prote´ge´ firm to notify the mentor firm in writing at least 30 days in advance of the prote´ge´ firm’s intent to voluntarily terminate the mentor-prote´ge´ agreement. The mentor must notify OSDBU and the Contracting Officer immediately upon receipt of such notice from the prote´ge´;
