Agreement Contingent Upon County of Alameda Allocation of Funds; Effective Date. If the grant contemplated by this Agreement is to be funded by CDBG program, then this Agreement is contingent upon the execution of an agreement between City and the County of Alameda for the allocation of 2021-22 CDBG funds to the City. Because this Agreement is contingent upon the allocation of federal funds, this Agreement does not guarantee that CBDG funds will be retroactive to July, 2021.
