Agreement De-Identification and Post-Termination Obligations. Upon expiration (including the Tail Period, if applicable) or other termination of this Agreement, all rights granted under this Agreement to Vistana to operate the Licensed Vacation Ownership Properties under the Licensed Marks using the Applicable System will immediately terminate (including all rights to use the Starwood Technology, the Centralized Services and any other Starwood Intellectual Property), and the parties will comply with their respective obligations described below:
