Agreement documents and amendments. You acknowledge and agree that your conduct as a Brand Partner is governed by all documents comprising the Agreement. You further acknowledge and agree that you have carefully read and agree to comply with all such documents incorporated within the Agreement. You understand and agree that Young Living may, from time to time, amend the terms and conditions of the Agreement including any documents made a part thereof pursuant to the terms of the applicable document.
Agreement documents and amendments. 15.1 Amendments to the Processing Agreement shall be in writing and signed by both Parties to be valid.
15.2 In case of discrepancy between the Agreement and this Processing Agreement, the Processing Agreement shall prevail with respect to the processing of Personal Data.
15.3 This Processing Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the subject matter and replaces any and all previous written or oral agreements.
Agreement documents and amendments. This Agreement shall consist of this Agreement document and the following attached Annexes as may be amended from time to time. Agreement documents and amendments. 15.1 Additions and amendments to this Data Processing Agreement shall be made in writing and duly signed by both Parties to be valid.
15.2 In the event of non-conformity between other documents within the Agreement and the Data Processing Agreement concerning the Processing of Personal Data, the provisions of this Data Processing Agreement shall take precedence to the extent that this Data Processing Agreement provides a stronger protection for the Personal Data Processed.
15.3 This Data Processing Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the matters covered by the Data Processing Agreement and replaces all previous written or oral commitments.
