Agreement Effective Date, Amendment, Termination. 24.1 The effective date of this Agreement is the date it is signed by both Parties. 24.2 The Parties will review this Agreement and may amend it in writing: a. after completion of the first Environmental Assessment process for which this Agreement applies, or after the Agreement’s second anniversary, whichever comes first; or b. in the event an issue arises that necessitates immediate revision, as agreed to by the Parties. 24.3 This Agreement may be terminated in writing by either Party upon 90 days written notice or on a date mutually agreed to by the Parties.
