Agreement Enforceable Upon Material Job Change. Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that if he or she should transfer between or among any affiliates of bluebird bio, wherever situated, or be promoted, demoted, reassigned to functions other than Service Provider’s present functions, or have his/her job duties changed, altered or modified in any way, all terms of this Agreement shall continue to apply with full force.
