Agreement for Benefit of Parties. All functions and activities performed under this Agreement are for the benefit of the Parties to this Agreement. Accordingly, this Agreement shall not be construed to be for the benefit of any third parties and no third parties shall have any right or cause of action against the Parties to this Agreement.
