Common use of Agreement for Contribution Clause in Contracts

Agreement for Contribution. The Borrowers hereby agree among themselves that, if any Borrower shall make an Excess Payment (as defined below), such Borrower shall have a right of contribution from each other Borrower in an amount equal to such other Borrower's Contribution Share (as defined below) of such Excess Payment. The payment obligations of any Borrower under this Section 4.15(c) shall be subordinate and subject in right of payment to the Obligations until such time as the Obligations have been paid in full, and none of the Borrowers shall exercise any right or remedy under this Section 4.15(c) against any other Borrower until such Obligations have been paid in full.
