Except for the rights conferred upon the Buyer Parties and Seller Parties in Sections 18 and 19, this Agreement is not intended to confer upon any person not a party hereto any rights or remedies hereunder, and no person other than the Parties hereto is entitled to rely on any representation, covenant, or agreement contained herein.
