Agreement in Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. A Partnership Unit Holder’s execution of this Agreement transmitted by facsimile or by e‑mail delivery of a “.pdf” (or similar) format data file shall be effective when said facsimile or data file is received by the General Partner. The page with the original signature shall be sent by overnight courier to the General Partner.
