Unless extended or terminated earlier in accordance with its terms, this SOC shall terminate when Agency has accepted and paid Contractor in full for all completed Services that are required under this SOC ("SOC Term"). SOC termination shall not extinguish or prejudice Agency's right to enforce this SOC with respect to any default by Contractor that has not been cured.
