Agreement Integration. This Agreement contains the entire Agreement conditions between the parties. There are no promises, terms, conditions, or obligations other than those contained herein. This Agreement shall supersede all previous communications, representations or agreements, either written or oral, between the parties. Further, all parties agree that this MOA will be fulfilled in compliance with applicable laws and regulations of the State of Alaska. Any amendments to this Agreement need to be presented in writing and signed by all parties for acceptance.
Agreement Integration. The elements constituting this agreement are: a) BID Loan Agreement 1728/00-AR, approved by Decree of the National Executive Power Number 987106 b) Operating regulation of the component, approved by Resolution of the SECRETERIAT OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND PRODUCTIVE INNOVATION of MINISTERY OF EDUCATION Number 1084/06, c) the project approved and identified as file Number PMT III ARAI 008, instruments that the Beneficiary acknowledges and accepts. Legal relationships established by the Beneficiary with third parties for the purposes of the execution of the project object of this agreement, are outside those regulated hereby and no rights may be derived or payments required to the AGENCY nor to the Inter-American Development Bank in relation to this agreement.

The present Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and replaces any previous undertakings or representations of any kind whatsoever, whether verbal or written. The present Agreement may not be modified except by written agreement which carries a date subsequent to the date of the present Agreement and is duly signed by the parties hereto.

Any and all information disclosed in any Schedule to this Agreement other than Schedules 5.1(a), 5.1(c)(i), 5.1.(c)(ii), 5.1(d), 5.4(a), 5.4(c), 5.7, 5.8, 5.18(a), 5.18(b), 5.18(c) 5.23(a)(i), 5.23(a)(ii), 5.23(a)(iii) and 5.23(a)(iv), shall be deemed made and disclosed with respect to each and every representation other than those contained in Sections 5.1, 5.4, 5.7, 5.8, 5.18 and 5.23.
