Common use of Agreement is Confidential Clause in Contracts

Agreement is Confidential. Employee further agrees that the terms and conditions of this Agreement are strictly confidential and shall not be discussed with, disclosed or revealed to any other persons, whether within or outside Iomega, except professional advisors with whom Employee may consult regarding this Agreement and Employee’s immediate family members, unless disclosure is compelled by subpoena or other legal process.
