Common use of Agreement Legally Binding Clause in Contracts

Agreement Legally Binding. (a) This deed is and is intended to be legally binding on all Parties hereto and to be enforceable at law and equity. (b) Notwithstanding clause 29 of the Original FFA, each party to the Original FFA agrees to be bound by the terms of this deed from the time that the parties to the Original FFA have executed this deed. (c) This deed binds the Crown in right of New South Wales and to the maximum extent permitted by law the State Crown hereby waives all Crown immunity with respect to this deed and the Related Agreements.
