Agreement Not Affected by Damage or Destruction. Except as otherwise expressly provided, the partial destruction or damage or complete destruction by fire or other casualty of the Facility will not permit either party to terminate this Agreement or entitle Project Co to surrender possession of the Facility or to demand any increase in any amounts payable to Project Co under this Agreement and all of the provisions of this Agreement, including Section 8 (Supervening Events) will continue to apply.

Agreement Not Affected by Damage or Destruction.
