Agreement Not in Breach. The execution and delivery of this Agreement, the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and the fulfillment of the terms hereof will not result in a breach of any of the terms or provisions of, or constitute a default under, or conflict with, any agreement or other instrument to which the Seller is a party or by which it is bound, the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Seller, any judgment, decree, order or award of any court, governmental body or arbitrator by which the Seller is bound, or any law, rule or regulation applicable to the Seller.

Agreement Not in Breach. The execution and delivery of this Agreement, the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and the fulfillment of the terms hereof will not result in a breach of any of the terms or provisions of, or constitute a default under, or conflict with, any agreement or other instrument to which the Seller Sponsor is a party or by which it is bound, the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the SellerSponsor, any judgment, decree, order or award of any court, governmental body or arbitrator by which the Seller Sponsor is bound, or any law, rule or regulation applicable to the SellerSponsor.

The execution and delivery of this Agreement, the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and the fulfillment of the terms hereof will not result in a breach of any of the terms or provisions of, or constitute a default under, or conflict with, any agreement or other instrument to which the Seller Sponsor is a party or by which it is bound, the Articles Memorandum of Incorporation Association and Bylaws Bye-laws of the SellerSponsor, any judgment, decree, order or award of any court, governmental body or arbitrator by which the Seller Sponsor is bound, or any law, rule or regulation applicable to the SellerSponsor.

The execution and delivery of this Agreement, the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby hereby, and the fulfillment of the terms hereof will not result in a the breach of any of the terms term or provisions provision of, or constitute a default under, or conflict with, or cause the acceleration of any obligation under, any agreement or other instrument of any description to which the Seller is we are a party or by which it is we are bound, the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Seller, or any judgment, decree, order or award of any court, governmental body body, or arbitrator by which the Seller is boundor any applicable law, rule, or any law, rule or regulation applicable to the Sellerregulation.

The Neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement, Agreement nor the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and the fulfillment of the terms hereof will not violate, or result in a breach of of, any of the terms or and provisions of, or constitute a default under, or conflict with, or give any other party thereto a right to terminate any agreement or other instrument to which the Seller or the Vessel Owner is a party or by which it is boundbound including, the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws without limitation, any of the SellerOrganizational Documents, any judgment, decree, order or award of any court, governmental body or arbitrator by which the Seller is bound, or any law, rule or regulation applicable to the SellerVessel Owner and the Charter.
