Agreement Not in Breach. Neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement nor the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will violate, or result in a breach of, any of the terms and provisions of, or constitute a default under, or conflict with, or give any other party thereto a right to terminate any agreement or other instrument to which the GAS-twenty Vessel Owner is a party or by which it is bound including, without limitation, any of the GAS-twenty Organizational Documents, any judgment, decree, order or award of any court, governmental body or arbitrator applicable to the GAS-twenty Vessel Owner or the GAS-twenty Contracts.

Agreement Not in Breach. Neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement nor the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will violate, or result in a breach of, any of the terms and provisions of, or constitute a default under, or conflict with, or give any other party thereto a right to terminate any agreement or other instrument to which the Seller or the GAS-twenty nineteen Vessel Owner is a party or by which it is bound including, without limitation, any of the GAS-twenty nineteen Organizational Documents, any judgment, decree, order or award of any court, governmental body or arbitrator applicable to the GAS-twenty nineteen Vessel Owner or the GAS-twenty nineteen Contracts.
