Agreement Not Otherwise Amended. Terms and provisions of ------------------------------- the Agreement not amended hereby shall continue to remain in full force and effect. From and after the date hereof, all references in the Agreement and each of the Credit Documents to the Agreement shall be deemed references to the Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
