Agreement Not to Exercise Dissenters’ Rights. The Shareholder shall not exercise exercise, and hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waives, any statutory rights to demand appraisal of any Shares (including any dissenters’ rights including, without limitation, under Section Chapter 23B.13 of the Washington Business Corporation Corporations Act) to demand the fair value of any Shares that may arise in connection with respect to the Merger.
