Agreement Not to Use or Disclose Trade Secrets. In exchange for the Company’s promises to provide Employee with access to Trade Secrets and Specialized Training and the other consideration provided to Employee under this Agreement, during and following Employee’s employment by the Company or an Affiliate, Employee agrees not to disclose to any Person, or publish or use for any purpose, any Trade Secrets, except as provided in Section 9(b) below, as required in the ordinary course of business of the Company or an Affiliate or as authorized by the Board or Compensation Committee.
