Common use of Agreement; Notes Clause in Contracts

Agreement; Notes. The Agent shall have received an executed counterpart of this Agreement for each Lender, duly executed by each Loan Party, and an executed Revolving Credit Note for each Lender, conforming to the requirements hereof, duly executed on behalf of the Borrower.
