Common use of Agreement; Notes Clause in Contracts

Agreement; Notes. The Administrative Agent shall have received executed counterparts of this Agreement for each Lender, duly executed by each Credit Party, each Agent and each Lender, and executed Revolving Credit Notes and Competitive Bid Loan Notes conforming to the requirements hereof, duly executed on behalf of the Borrower for each Lender requesting the same.
