Common use of Agreement; Notes Clause in Contracts

Agreement; Notes. The Administrative Agent shall have received for each Lender a counterpart of this Agreement duly executed and delivered by an Officer of Borrower. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) for the account of each Revolving Credit Lender requesting the same pursuant to subsection 4.16(e), a Revolving Credit Note of Borrower conforming to the requirements of this Agreement and executed by a duly authorized officer of Borrower, (ii) for the account of each Tranche B Term Loan Lender requesting the same pursuant to subsection 4.16(e), a Tranche B Term Note, conforming to the requirements of this Agreement and executed by a duly authorized officer of Borrower, and (iii) if requested by Swing Line Lender, for the account of Swing Line Lender, a Swing Line Note, conforming to the requirements of this Agreement and executed by an Officer of Borrower.
