Common use of Agreement; Notes Clause in Contracts

Agreement; Notes. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) a counterpart of this Agreement for each Lender, duly executed and delivered by a duly authorized officer of each of the Administrative Agent, the Syndication Agent, each Lender and the Borrower and (ii) for the account of each Revolving Credit Lender requesting the same pursuant to subsection 4.13, a Note of the Borrower conforming to the requirements hereof and executed by a duly authorized officer of the Borrower.
