Agreement of Limited Partners to Ratify Acts. The Limited Partners each acknowledge and agree that they will at any time, including after the dissolution or termination of, the Partnership, provide the General Partner with such ratification of any acts done by the General Partner pursuant to the Power of Attorney or pursuant to its authority as General Partner under this Agreement, that may be requested or required by the General Partner in its sole and absolute discretion. Such ratification will be in form and content satisfactory to the General Partner.
