Agreement of Purchase and Sale. COUNTY and PURCHASER hereby agree that COUNTY shall sell and convey and PURCHASER shall purchase the following: All of COUNTY's rights, title, and interest, subject to certain restrictions and easements as hereinafter described, in and to that parcel of real property more particularly described in the quitclaim deed, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A" ("Property").
