Common use of Agreement Otherwise Unchanged Clause in Contracts

Agreement Otherwise Unchanged. Except as herein provided, the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect, and each reference to the Agreement, and words of similar import in the Agreement, each as amended hereby, respectively, shall be a reference to the Agreement, as amended hereby, and as the same may be further amended, supplemented and otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.

Agreement Otherwise Unchanged. Except as herein provided, the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect, and each reference to the Agreement, Agreement (and words of similar import import) in the Agreement, each as amended hereby, respectively, shall be a reference to the Agreement, Agreement as amended hereby, and as the same may be further amended, supplemented and otherwise modified and in effect from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties hereto acknowledge and agree that the Agreement is incorporated into this Amendment by this reference in its entirety, subject to the amendments set forth herein.
