Agreement Priority. This Agreement together with each Order Form along with any relevant Services Descriptions or Equipment Descriptions entered into between Microtalk and the Partner shall provide the terms and conditions upon which Microtalk shall make delivery of Services and/or provide equipment to the Partner.
