Common use of Agreement Reopener/Termination Clause in Contracts

Agreement Reopener/Termination. This Residential Service Agreement shall become effective June 1, 2017 and shall remain effective until May 31, 2018. At the conclusion of this year and every subsequent one (1) year cycle or more, a reopener may take place to address Wages, Benefits and / or working conditions.
