Common use of Agreement Reopener/Termination Clause in Contracts

Agreement Reopener/Termination. This Schedule A shall become effective June 1, 2017 and shall remain effective until May 31, 2018. At the conclusion of this year and every subsequent one (1) year cycle or more, a reopener may take place to address Wages, Benefits and / or working conditions. This Schedule A will also terminate on the date a Party is no longer signatory to the National Agreement for Residential & Light Commercial Construction.
