Agreement Revisions. This Agreement and its attachments constitute the contractual relationship between the Provider and JWB. If there is any discrepancy between program-related documents, this Agreement preempts all other documents. No amendment to this Agreement or its attachments may be made without the prior written approval of JWB and Provider, except as may be provided in General Condition #4.
