AGREEMENT SAVINGS. If any provisions of this Agreement or any application of the Agreement to any member or group of members shall be found contrary to law, then such provisions or application shall not be deemed valid and subsisting, except to the extent permitted by law but all other provisions or applications shall continue in full force and effect.
AGREEMENT SAVINGS. If any provision of this Agreement, or any supplement thereto, is found invalid by operation of law or by any court of competent jurisdiction, or if compliance with or enforcement of any provision should be permanently restrained by any such court, the remainder of this Agreement, and any supplement thereto, shall remain in full force and effect, and the Board and the Association at the request of either party, shall enter into negotiations for the purpose of arriving at a mutually satisfactory replacement for such provision or supplement.
