Agreement Scope. The scope of this Agreement is as prescribed in section 46 of the Act, setting out: • the health services to be provided to the State by the HSP, • the TTR in support of the health services to be provided, • the funding to be provided to the HSP for the provision of the health services, including the way in which the funding is to be provided, • the performance measures and operational targets for the provision of the health services by the HSP, • how the evaluation and review of results in relation to the performance measures and operational targets is to be carried out, • the performance data and other data to be provided by the HSP to the Department CEO, including how, and how often, the data is to be provided, and • any other matter the Department CEO considers relevant to the provision of the health services by the HSP. Where appropriate, reference will be made in this Agreement to Policy Frameworks issued by the Department CEO pursuant to Part 3, Division 2 of the Act.
Agreement Scope. Letters or Memoranda of Understanding which may be agreed between the parties from time to time during the life of this Agreement shall be attached hereto when so intended by the parties and shall have full effect as part(s) of this Agreement. Such Letters or Memoranda shall contain appropriate references establishing effective dates. Where no terminating date is specified within the context, the Letter or Memoranda shall continue in effect from year to year in the same manner as the body of the Agreement or until terminated by agreement of the parties. Letters or Memoranda of Understanding shall carry the signatures of the appropriately authorized Union and Company Officers or Representatives.

Where appropriate, reference will be made in this Agreement to Policy Frameworks issued by the Department CEO pursuant to Part 3, Division 2 of the Act.
Agreement Scope. 2.1. In compliance with the conditions of the Agreement the Parties undertake by their combined efforts to provide the implementation of the investment project (hereafter - Project), where the Investor provides financing of the Investment Recipient by means of giving the investment and the Investment Recipient undertakes to provide using the transferred investment for the Project and additional activities connected with achieving the goals of the project financing.
2.2. After providing the Investment in accordance with the conditions of the present Agreement, the Recipient undertakes to provide capital and investment management services, investment portfolio at its own discretion in the interests of the Investor. Transactions for the clients will be executed through brokers selected by the Investment Recipient. The Investment Recipient will seek to obtain the best execution for the client, taking into account the following factors: • the ability to effect prompt and reliable executions at favorable prices (including the applicable dealer spread or commission, if any); • the operational efficiency with which transactions are effected and the efficiency of error resolution; • taking into account the size of order and difficulty of execution; • the financial strength, integrity and stability of the broker; • special execution capabilities; clearance; settlement; reputation; online pricing; • block trading and block positioning capabilities; • willingness to execute related or unrelated difficult transactions in the future; • on-line access to computerized data regarding clients’ accounts; • performance measurement data; • the quality, comprehensiveness and frequency of available research and related services considered to be of value; • the competitiveness of commission rates in comparison with other.
2.3. The sum of the Investment provided by the Investor under the Agreement are stated in the Schedules to the present Agreement which constitute an integral part of the present Investment Agreement.
2.4. The investment activity result is achieved by implementing the Project or by the decision of the Recipient of the Investment. Agreement Scope. This Agreement shall apply to current policies already placed and in force on the date hereof and all future policies which may be placed by InsureZone for Producer and to any outstanding debt on policies which were placed by InsureZone for any entity acquired by Producer. This Agreement may be terminated in accordance with the Termination Section above, but said termination shall not alter in any way the continued application of this agreement to insurance policies effected prior to the date of such termination.
Agreement Scope. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the University and the Association concerning the matters included herein and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral. This Agreement may be modified only by written amendment. In the absence of any specific provisions in the Agreement, all University practices and procedures are set at the discretion of the University.

This Lighting Services Agreement (“Agreement”) establishes the terms and conditions under which Georgia Power Company (“GPC”) will provide lighting and related service (collectively, the “Service”) to the customer identified on Page 1 (“Customer”) at the Service Address shown on Page 1 (the “Premises”). This Agreement covers all non-supervisory, full and part-time University employees who are employed to function as registered nurses and have satisfactorily completed their initial probationary period, including graduate nurses, and regularly employed per diem nurses employed by the University (herein called "employee") as specified by the Public Employment Relations Commission Certification, Docket Xx. Equipment/Parts/Material/Products Seller agrees to sell to Buyer and Buyer may elect to purchase from Seller as a preferred supplier, the equipment and services as summarized in attached Schedule "A".
