CONTRACT SCOPE. Pursuant to this Contract, Contractor is authorized to sell and provide only those Goods and/or Services set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services for the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices for Goods/Services. Contractor shall not represent to any Purchaser under this Contract that Contractor has contractual authority to sell or provide any Goods and/or Services beyond those set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services.
CONTRACT SCOPE. Note: NO EXCEPTIONS OR REVISIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED The Vendor shall provide the products and related services specified in Section 3 of the Contract for purchase by Customers. In addition, DIR and Vendor may agree to provisions that allow Vendor and/or Order Fulfiller to lease the products offered under the Contract. Terms used in this document shall have the meanings set forth below in Section 3.
CONTRACT SCOPE. Pursuant to this Master Contract, Contractor is authorized to sell services and materials set forth in Exhibit A – Scope and Requirements and Exhibit B – Prices. Contractor shall not represent to any Purchaser under this Master Contract that Contractor has contractual authority to sell any services and materials beyond those set forth in this Master Contract and its exhibits.
CONTRACT SCOPE. Pursuant to this Master Contract, Contractor is authorized to sell only those services set forth in Exhibit A – Sign Language Interpreter Services with Referral Agencies Statement of Work for the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Fees/Rates. Contractor must not represent to any Purchaser under that the Master Contract authorizes Contractor to sell any materials, supplies, equipment, or services beyond those specified in the Master Contract.
CONTRACT SCOPE. A. This Contract forms the basis of mutual understanding and respective responsibilities between the Agency/Work Experience Education Employer and the District for the participation of Students in the Work Experience Education Program.
B. This Contract will be for a period for the duration of the Fall Semester 2024. Renewal of this Contract and continuation of the Program will be subject to each Party signing a renewal in the form of Amendment with the intention to extend or, a new Agreement form in the event that the legal terms of each Party change from the initial date of engagement.
C. Agency/Work Experience Education Employer Agrees:
1. To the extent Agency/Work Experience Education Employer is able, provide Students with safe working conditions within which to provide the internship. Agency/Work Experience Education Employer shall not direct or permit Students to undertake activities that may be risky or inherently dangerous. Agency/Work Experience Education Employer shall provide sufficient instruction to the Students so that the internship provided meets both the Students’ need to learn and the Agency/Work Experience Education Employer’s internship opportunity. Agency/Work Experience Education Employer will provide the District with a written evaluation of the internship that each Student provides to confirm or deny learning objectives were achieved at the end of the internship opportunity.
2. To provide a mutually acceptable workstation to Students and to provide supervision, necessary equipment, materials, and tools.
3. To retain the right at all times to screen Students before they deliver work experience services in-line with internship duties and responsibilities, and to reject work experience services in-line with internship duties and responsibilities of any Student.
4. To not unlawfully discriminate, either in the provision of services against any Student based on race, color, national origin, gender, religion, or disability.
5. To comply with all applicable laws relating to nondiscrimination.
6. For District to have access to Agency/Work Experience Education Employer to observe and evaluate the Students’ delivery of the work experience services in-line with internship duties and responsibilities.
D. District Agrees:
CONTRACT SCOPE. Pursuant to this Cooperative Purchasing Master Agreement, Contractor is authorized to sell only those Public Safety Radio Products and Services in the category above posted on the NASPO ValuePoint website. Contractor shall not represent to any Participating or Purchasing Entity under this Cooperative Purchasing Master Agreement that Contractor has contractual authority to sell any Public Safety Radio Products beyond those approved and posted on the NASPO ValuePoint website.
CONTRACT SCOPE. Pursuant to this Master Contract, Contractor is authorized to sell and provide only those Services set forth in Exhibit A – Included Services for the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices. Contractor shall not represent to any Purchaser under this Master Contract that Contractor has contractual authority to sell or provide any Services beyond those set forth in Exhibit A – Included Services.
CONTRACT SCOPE. Pursuant to this Contract, Contractor is authorized to provide only those Services set forth in Exhibit A – Included Services for the respective Contract Category(ies). Contractor shall not represent to any Purchaser under this Contract that Contractor has contractual authority to provide any services beyond those set forth in Exhibit A – Included Services.
CONTRACT SCOPE. Pursuant to this Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, Contractor is authorized to sell and provide only those Goods at the discounts set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods and Discounts. Contractor shall not represent to any Purchaser under this Cooperative Purchasing Agreement that Contractor has contractual authority to sell or provide any goods beyond those set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods and Discounts.
CONTRACT SCOPE a. This Contract will include various Supply categories. All of the categories are described more fully via the ITQ web site at xxx.xxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/XXX/XXX/Xxxxxxx.xxxx.
b. The ITQ web site is the place that shows the specific Supply categories for which the Contractor has been found qualified.
c. If the Contractor must perform work outside of the daily operational hours set forth by the Issuing Agency, it must make arrangements with the Issuing Agency to assure access to the facility and equipment has been arranged. The Contractor must take such access into consideration when it is putting together its Proposal. No additional payment will be made on the basis of lack of access unless the Issuing Agency fails to provide access as agreed to between the Issuing Agency and the Contractor.
