Common use of Agreement Severable Clause in Contracts

Agreement Severable. If any provision of this Award Agreement is or becomes or is deemed to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction or as to any Person under any law deemed applicable by the Committee, that provision will be construed or deemed amended to conform to applicable laws, or if it cannot be construed or deemed amended without, in the determination of the Committee, materially altering the intent of this Award Agreement, that provision will be stricken and the remainder of this Award Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
