Agreement Severable. In the event that any provision in this Notice and Agreement shall be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severable from, and such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not be construed to have any effect on, the remaining provisions of this Notice and Agreement, and the provisions so held to be invalid, unenforceable or otherwise illegal shall be reformed to the extent (and only to the extent) necessary to make it enforceable, valid and legal.
