Common use of Agreement Severable Clause in Contracts

Agreement Severable. The paragraphs of this agreement are severable, and in the event any paragraph or portion of the agreement is declared illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall remain effective and binding on the parties. No waiver of any breach or any of the covenants, agreements or provisions herein contained shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same of any other covenant or provision.
