Agreement Shall Continue Notwithstanding Breach. It is expressly agreed that no breach of this Easement Agreement shall entitle any party to cancel, rescind or otherwise terminate this Easement Agreement. However, such limitation shall not affect in any manner any other rights or remedies which such party may have hereunder or at law or in equity by reason of any such breach.

Agreement Shall Continue Notwithstanding Breach. It is expressly agreed that no breach of this Easement Agreement shall (i) entitle any party to cancel, rescind or or, otherwise terminate this Easement Agreement, or (ii) defeat or render invalid the lien of any mortgage or deed of trust made in good faith and for value as to any part of the Retained Property or the Property. However, such limitation shall not affect in any manner any other rights or remedies which such a party may have be hereunder or at law or in equity by reason of any such breach.
