Agreement Subject to CAISO Tariff. This Operating Agreement shall be subject to the provisions of the CAISO Tariff which shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference herein, as the same may be changed or superseded from time to time pursuant to Section 15 of the CAISO Tariff.
