Agreement Subject to CAISO Tariff. The Parties will comply with all applicable provisions of the CAISO Tariff, including Sections 4.5.4.3 and 8.4.5 and the Dynamic Scheduling Protocol in Appendix M. This Agreement shall be subject to the CAISO Tariff, which shall be deemed to be incorporated herein.
