Common use of Agreement substitution Clause in Contracts

Agreement substitution. This Agreement constitute the entire agreement between both parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede all memos, agreements, statements, representations, promises and warranties which have been made prior to the execution of this Agreement, and will be void.
