Agreement to Arbitrate; Class Action Waiver. i. You agree that any and all Claims will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration as described herein, except that: (A) you may assert Claims in a small claims court in the United States if your Claims meet the court’s jurisdictional requirements; and (B) either party may pursue Claims and/or relief in a court of competent jurisdiction regarding the validity and/or infringement of a party’s intellectual property rights.
