Agreement to Arbitrate Disputes. The Parties acknowledge that, from time to time after the Separation Date, a controversy, dispute or claim may arise relating to a Party’s rights or obligations under this Agreement. The Parties agree that any controversy, dispute or claim (whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the performance or breach of this Agreement, including any question regarding its enforcement, existence, validity, interpretation or termination shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
