Agreement to Authorized EULAs. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions of the Authorized EULAs. Any XXXX that is not an Authorized XXXX is void and of no effect. Licensor represents that every XXXX applicable to the computer programs referenced on Exhibit "B" has been attached to Exhibit "C" as an Authorized XXXX.
